1. No Cancellations or Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing issues. All sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.2. Eligibility for Refund (Faulty/Damaged Items Only)
You may request a refund only if:
- The item is faulty, defective, or significantly not as described.
- The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
- You provide clear evidence (e.g., unboxing video, photos of damaged packaging/item).3. Proof Required for Refund
To process a refund, you must submit:
✅ Unboxing video (showing parcel condition before opening and the defect).
✅ Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
✅ Original receipt/invoice or order confirmation.Without sufficient proof, refund requests will be denied.
4. Return Conditions
- Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Must be returned within 10 days of approval.
- Buyer covers return shipping unless otherwise agreed.5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed in 3-7 working days via the original payment method.
- Refund amount = purchase price after discounts (excluding shipping fees).
- We reserve the right to reject refunds if the item shows signs of misuse.6. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, custom/pre-order items.
- Items with disclosed flaws before purchase.
- Claims reported after 3 days of delivery.- All Overseas orders (China Live, Overseas Live, etc)
