1. Order Processing & Availability
All items are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item is out of stock after purchase, you will be notified promptly via email or instagram, and a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
2. Delivery Locations
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Orders are dispatched from our studio and delivered to your provided address.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery times commence once your order is approved, processed, and shipped (not from the order date).
- Domestic (Singapore): 10-14 working days* after shipping.
- International: 3-4 weeks* after shipping.
- Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
While we strive to meet these estimates, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs, carrier issues) may occur.
4. Shipping Costs
- Costs are calculated based on order weight and your selected delivery method (Singpost, DHL, Lalamove ,etc ).
- Free shipping promotions apply only to base shipping costs; sales tax/duties remain the customer’s responsibility.
5. Sales Tax & Duties
- Sales tax, VAT, or import duties are calculated according to your country’s regulations and will not be displayed at checkout.
- Note: For free shipping offers, we do not cover taxes/duties. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Damaged Items
If your item arrives with damaged packaging or visible defects:

- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
